I loved this short film about anosmia — lack of a sense of smell — at the NYT website.
It almost brought me to tears, actually! What did you think, if you watched it?

I once knew a lady who had no sense of smell. She seemed remarkably unconcerned about it. The only thing she expressed any mild desire to smell was cut grass in the spring. But she was also an ER trauma nurse and considered no smell an advantage in her line of work.
