I “pledge” to continue reading as you work your way through the last three pounds. It is admirable to see you keep going all the way to your goal.
By the way, maybe when you achieve your goal and move to maintenance, you can look into triathlon training as your next goal. You don’t have to be fast to have a goal of completion and the strength training could help build muscles that burn more calories. You’ve already got the swimming and biking skills…
