This morning coming out of the coffee shop, I saw a man portaging a canoe along 34th Street West, a block or so west of Hennepin.
It wasn't wet on the bottom though. That would have been more interesting.
Now that I think about it, it's sort of surprising we don't see urban portaging more often around here. If he was planning to put it in a lake, he only had a few blocks farther to go.
